You can view all of your foreclosure petitions regardless of their state of completion.
To view a foreclosure petition
Access the Foreclosure Petition Website:
Go to the Division’s website (www.mass.gov/dob).
Under New Online Foreclosure Database in the center column, select Click here for additional information regarding the filing process.
Select Click here to access the Foreclosure Petition Website. The Foreclosure Petition Website home page displays.
Log in by entering your user name and password.
Search for the foreclosure petition you wish to view.
Click the Next and Previous buttons to view the tabs.
