Logging In

After you have registered, you can enter the system by logging in.

To log in

1. Access the Foreclosure Petition Website:

1. Go to the Division’s website (www.mass.gov/dob).

2. Under New Online Foreclosure Database in the center column, select Click here for additional information regarding the filing process.

3. Select Click here to access the Foreclosure Petition Website. The Foreclosure Petition Website home page displays.
   
   

2. Enter your user name. This was emailed to you when you registered.

3. Enter your password. This is the password you created when you registered.

4. Click Log In.
